It's not delivery -- it's mori's. Blame me for the sloppy arrangement. At least it's colorful and not just brown.

Thin, crunchy crust (homemade of course), spinach, tomatoes, chicken, ham, pineapple, mozarella, spices and absolutely no sauce or garlic.

No f'in garlic ?
No BBQ sauce mixed with Garlic ?

and you call this a Pizza ?

BTW, your bread, meat and veges (and cheese bythelookofit) look pretty tasty.

Garlic, the vilest of all weeds, will not get near my kitchen. Actually, there's some tasty onion on my pizza. I don't mind onion at all, in fact I like onion, shallots, leek, pretty much the whole onion family with the exception of that stinky garlic.

Of course it's not really a pizza, but even the Italians aren't so strict about what is and what isn't a pizza these days. I ate the worst pizza in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the second worst I had in Bolzano, Italy. When in Jackson Hole, stick with the steak.

A few days ago I had Indian pizza. It had curry chicken on it and was quite good.

You gripe about garlic and you put nasty pineapple on pizza. You ruined a perfectly fine dinner by putting kiddie pineapple on your stinking pizza. WHAT were you thinking?????

Delicious, succulent, fresh pineapple! I used to eat Hawaiian toast all the time. I love the combination of ham and pineapple. Also, the bromelain in pineapple is a natural anti-inflammatory, so it's good for your arthritis, old man.

I have nothing against fresh pineapple as a fruit or a juicy drink. Pineapple, yogurt and ground flax seed. Tasty. Baked smoked pig products and pineapple, good. Japanese pineapple coconut danish. Sweet!

Pizza and pineapple = instant gagging and dry heaves.

Pineapple Pizza? No way moor-ray!

A contractor who used to work out here spent $15k (1994 dollars) having a wood fired pizza oven installed in his yard.

Colleagues who ate them said there was little sauce on some, and none on others. Sometimes a few basil leaves, oilve oil and sea salt, others garlic and oil, others meat sauce and cheese.

BTW, I had cooked pineapple with my rump steak last night (partner and kids had ham steaks :hurl: )

What is your dough recipe? flour, yeast, water, salt? It looks good.

Yup, basic yeast dough. I do however use unbleached flour and fresh yeast -- and a bit olive oil.
