Koito HID Shieldings / Shutters

Does Anybody know:
A) in wich vehivles theses Koito HID Shutters / Schieldings could be found? The one pictured are out of a MY 2002 Honda S2000 Koito HID unit, but was this type also used in other cars?
B) Is there any aftermarkret source for these Shutters / Schieldings, to make a RHD / LHD conversion easier?

I did some googling because I was curious and it seems the S2000 projectors are bespoke to only S2k's, even though there were actual differences between the AP1, AP2 variants of S2000 projectors too.

However, the Acura TSX projectors would be the closest to the S2000 since I've seen retrofitters say they've used both with success. Maybe the cutoff shield is the same? I know the performance is different though.
