I agree, and it's a shame. I have the patience to wait for WMT to get it in stock for sale online. I buy a 2 year supply, give or take, but I can see how that patience can easily wear off.

I wish Pennzoil would read these threads and listen. It might actually help them sell more of their top of the line product.

Shell would have a hard time forcing their product upon retailers. As I stated earlier in the thread if someone really wants Ultra contact your local distributor.

I remember when the Ultra first came out, they mailed out one of those stress ball looking things in the shapes of their "molecules" within the Pennzoil Ultra Platinum that was advertised to pick up all containment in the oil.

I have worked in retail.... And these corporations purchase/lease the shelf space in 4 foot long sections and where it sets up vertically on the shelf. If Pennzoil bought the shelf space they are the ones who dictates what goes on their section of shelves. UNLESS it is somehow different when dealing with Wally World. Which I doubt to a pretty high degree.

I was using PUP exclusively while it was available off the shelf here, but now it is gone. So, Pennzoil's unwillingness to stop playing this "game" with PUP has irritated me, for one, enough to avoid their brand altogether. They can pound sand.
