Hello my name is JR and I just purcased a Kawasaki MULE 3010 Diesel. My question is kawasaki tells me I can only use a 10W-40 SAE CF, CF-4 oil. I didn't type that wrong I sayed a 10W-40. The only 10W-40 that I can find with a CF or CF-4 class is synthic. But my dealer told me not to use synthic till my third oil change. Which I know. But my question is would a Good 15W-40 like Mobil Delvac 1300 super work just as good as kawachem ( kawasaki oil ). Also I was wondering do you sugest using oil supplements like powerservices diesel lube exender.

CI-4 and CH-4 oils supercede CF-4 and CF oils. Amsoil offers a CI-4 10w-40 oil.
If you need to use a dino oil while the engine breaks in, a 15w-40 diesel oil will be fine.
Just keep in mind that if you're still under warranty you must do what Kawasaki says to keep from voiding the warranty.
