Not only that, he probably is a drug addict, and is trying to sell to kids. Likely has large caliber weapons under the seat, and possibly grenades and biological weapons. I don't know what the OP would have done if he would have seen the pickup on Dallas freeways with old wood privacy fence stacked up 4 feet over the cab with one little rope. Or, around FL, the old Ford 1/2 tons with 6 ft rickety wooden sides mounded over with fruit.

little bit of both actually, I'm the guy that knows how to fix stuff for friends and family, even though i lack any formal training. I'm just "handy" if you will.

and I'd only be nosy enough to get in their face about it if I knew them.
