Living in rainy Seattle, winter all the way. It doesn't get all that hot here, no hail, tornado's, summer zombie attacks, etc.
Summer.
I often park the car outside in the winter if it is dirty and covered in salt. The garage is typically 50 degrees all winter and the warmth will make the salt more caustic. Once its clean again its back in the garage though.
Winter because it takes a lot of work to get all the snow and/or ice off in the morning. I don't even get frost on it in the garage and it's not heated or insulated, just protected from the elements.IM TALKING ABOUT A DAILY DRIVER.
I think I would choose keeping it garaged during winter season, because it would make it easier to start the engine up every morning after sitting in the cold overnight.
At the end of the day, a daily driver spends the majority of its time parked overnight. Bearing this in mind, you have to take into account that the main enemy in summer is the sun and UV rays, and there is no such thing when the car is parked at night.
I have to make a choice since I can only use the garage 6 consecutive months, and I think keeping it garaged in winter time is the best choice.

In case you want to fill it with junk part timeWhy do you have to choose?
If it’s your daily driver then it will always be outside during the day so no advantage in the garage during the summer. Winter certainly makes the most sense.IM TALKING ABOUT A DAILY DRIVER.
