I need the zddp goodness in syn 5w30 break in oil

I want a normal oil with some good break in oil properties to run. Nothing boutique. Avail at normal auto parts stores. I could only find rotella in higher weights.

You can add Redline Break in oil additive to any oil to boost the Zddp levels. Great stuff, I recommend it to everyone we rebuild an engine for, and can attest to its effectiveness.

No need to go nuts on the Z then. Follow Comp Cams instructions and run what you like after break in. I use M1 5W30 in my drag car currently, but their 0W40 oil is next on my list.

Use what comp cams tells you to. Or rotella/delo/devlac conventional 10w-30

I would assume that any SL or earlier oil would work for you.
I have several quarts of older oil, both dino and syn. from as early as SG if you are interested...
