I hate RockAuto right now

So when will auto parts distributors get their heads out of their butt and start checking for this. At this point it seems it is starting to become not cost effective with all the shipping labels and chargebacks.
 
I dunno, I've been returning (warrantying) several parts with RA recently. Their website and infrastructure overall is impressive. It has provisions for most contingencies like return vs warranty exchange, getting a shipping label from them vs providing your own, etc. If you have multiple returns it's even smart enough to ask if you're returning everything in one box or need multiple shipping labels.

I can search my order history by vehicle or part # or time frame -- or even just part category. Their store credits (if you choose) are stupid easy to use on future purchases.

I realize they're far from perfect, but if anyone wanted to REALLY compete in the marketplace with them the biggest challenge would be making a site at least as good as RA's with similar logistical management. @JeffKeryk could probably do it......
