The Mobil 1 ESP 0w-30 HTHS is >3.5 because it meets or exceeds some Euro specs requiring the HTHS to be 3.5 or higher. That got me thinking, is the esp 0w30 3.0 Hths or 3.5? Can’t really find a reliable source for the Hths of the esp 0w30

Jeep still feels zippy.
Jeep sounds happy, and still feels zippy.
Thank you for saying that AFE isn't a bad oilI’m glad you’re happy with your choice. AFE isn’t a bad oil.
However, it seems we have a strong placebo effect going on here.

Did you dump Truck and SUV for AFE?
Because that is 5WDid you dump Truck and SUV for AFE?
ESP is too thick, 12. I just need a little more viscosity, not a whopping 12.I would not say that the AFE offerings are bad it's just if you can get ESP offerings for the same price I will take those every time with enthusiasm. My application is the Subaru FA24F engine and I have seen enough UOA data on both AFE oils to know that this engine shreds through the viscosity of both AFE products whereas both ESP products will stay within these 0W20 range over a standard interval.
This is really bad news. I hope that didn’t come from the same bottle you poured in the engine.
Those are fuel efficiency bubbles!!This is really bad news. I hope that didn’t come from the same bottle you poured in the engine.
It appears to be cavitating, and it isn’t even in the engine.
We told you the ESP 0w-30 was the correct choice. But, you didn’t listen.
Interesting….You starting below -25f?Because that is 5W![]()
Grade is irrelevant. HTHS matters.ESP is too thick, 12. I just need a little more viscosity, not a whopping 12.
