How much coffee do I need?

1T = 4 oz. Nice ratio for expanding by the 10s or 100s.
(we serve choice: 8 or 16 oz)
Make sure the type/style grind is correct for the brewing method.
This equals success in our kitchen or when catering.

I'd like to thank everyone for their input. I'm sorry for not getting back to you all sooner but it was a very hectic and stressful time requiring my attention on several fronts.

One of the guests had owned and run coffee shops and small restaurants in the past. I bought the coffee, fresh ground and recently roasted, from the nearby Peet's shop and handed the package to our restaurateur guest with the simple instruction to "make some coffee". At the end of the day, anyone who wanted coffee got some.

So, thanks again!

Peet's is known as a better brand round here (WesssMAsss) due to the early intensity
(early '70s development & corporate history/quality since).
I just got offa medical study (3 yrs by big time colleges'n med centers) for heart health'n
caffeine (COSMOS Study - look in med journals for the results). 2 caps of caffein, one of
a multi vitamin. Just got the double blind revelation I had the caffeine but placebo vitamin.
Betting my heart is health-a-macated by the bean juice. This & two 16 oz coffee's a day @
wake up (1 is decaf) and I'm a happy healthy (albeit over weight) man.

I put 5 regular scoops of this to 12 cups water. Nice and strong
