Well, I'd say that towing regime places you somewhere between "regular duty" and "severe service".
My personal suggestion is to run that oil to the place where the OLM says to change it. When the OLM says to change it, sample the oil, reset the monitor and then follow the advice of lab.
Order a service with TBN, and note on your slip that you haven't changed this lube yet. You'll get appropriate advice, and you'll get it within a week or two of mailing off the sample. Sometimes much quicker... Blackstone called me the same day they got my sample to warn me of possible anti-freeze contamination in my Chevy.
Oh yeah.. out of curiosity, is that a hilly tow?
What speeds do you run? How long is the trip?
Strongly consider sampling your ATF due to the towing.
