Please help, does Bis(nonylphenyl)amine CAS No 36878-20-3 consider as PAO (polyalphaolefine)? numerous lubricants producer use this substance in their products. Valvoline SynPower is one of them.

No, it's not PAO. It is a substance that is harmful to aquatic life and therefore as to be identified on safety data sheets if it's present at above a certain level. It is perhaps from antioxidants or in small amounts in other additives.

Unlikely - ZDDP (zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate) is, itself, an antioxidant - in fact that is what it was first used as when it was discovered it also happened to be good at antiwear. As @Tom NJ says it is an antioxidant (amine type) but has environmental issues, hence why it is classified on MSDSs.
