Help me decide on oil and intervals.

That many miles on a Honda is nothing. Barely broken in if not abused in the past
10 miles a day, oops, short tripping puts you into severe service. So that means 2 changes a year.
So I'd be doing 5W-20 if that's what it's used to? Me, I'd use Maxlife w/o reservation, but you don't need to. It's fine oil. But it's not a first call here. Chevron Supreme would be OK. Or any of the Syn-Blends like Motorcraft, etc.
I would prolly run Fram Ultra for 2 OCI's, or change once a year
Spring a fall ought to do it so you are not trying to do it in the cold ...
Saying all that, if you want to try 5w30, you have enough miles that it will be fine. The engine is not "tight" anymore. Likely just snug

Thank you all so much.....here is an update... Got ahold of the guy i bought it from (original owner) he said he used quaker state green bottle and the cheapest filter at 5,000 mile intervals. Shouldni keep this going or is there a better option for me? Im thinkibg the high mileage oil may not be necessary? Thanks for all your help guys.
