First time poster..

Looking for opinions on consolidating our vehicles down to one oil. This is what I am currently using.

2016 Toyota Sienna - 3.5L V6 (0w20 Valvoline Synthetic EP MaxLife)
2017 Jeep Wrangler - 3.6L V6 (5w30 Valvoline Synthetic)
2019 Ram 1500 - 5.7L V8 (0w40 Mobil 1)
2023 Kia Telluride - 3.8L V6 (5w30 Valvoline Euro XL-III)

Sienna is the kid hauler (5k mi OCI)
Jeep rarely gets driven (once a year OCI)
Ram tows 8k lbs regularly (3k mi OCI)
Telluride is the only one with DI (5k mi OCI)

Thanks in advance.

M1 ESP 5w30, or 0w40 would likely be my choice in that order.

Either the mobil 0w40 or the Valvoline euro 5w30 (or, better yet pennzoil euro LX 0w30).
I actually bought a 6 gallon box of the Euro LX 0w30 to try but then saw it was only SN. So went with Mobil 1 0w40 instead for SP

While I can understand the convenience of having just one oil for everything, I also don't think you should take a one size fits all approach here. Find out which oil/viscosity works best for each vehicle and use them.

I see a couple recommendations for Mobil 1 ESP 5w30 which looks the same as the Valvoline XL-III 5w30 I’ve been using on the Kia.

Any reason to switch given they have the same manufacturer approvals?
