For those of you who are like me, wondering where to buy Havoline full synthetic oil, here is an email response that I got from the company:

Hello John,
I cannot find a retailer in your area that stocks our Havoline Synthetic line. I have also checked our distributors, and none of have them ordered it in the last year. That does not mean they cannot or will not get it. I have provided a link to our distributor locator below. You can use this link to find a distributor in your area who may order the synthetic product for you. Our Synthetics are sold 6-1qts to a case.

I did check with our LubeTek department and they advised that Ford calls for a 5W-20 for all F-150 years 1999-2010 and that you can use either conventional or Synthetic.

Hope this helps, and we thank you for your loyalty.

Thanks

Basically, it told me nothing. Any comments?

Yup, I agree. I can go to 100 different walmarts in Iowa and only find conventional, and they dont even stock much of that. The one nearest my house recently upped their supply, and they have A TON of conventional but nothing else.

Big Lots had a bunch of Havoline, including syn, a few years ago.
The syn was $3.00/qt.
Apparently, according to the email response you got, the product still exists, but its distribution is pretty limited.
