As you likely noticed my string about Havoline recently and I can only imagine that you, like me are considering the two because they are value priced at your local big box store. I used MSHM in my last fill with the Altima and as I have already commented based solely on the fact that Havoline listed some valuable data about performance vs the typical marketing [censored] I am accustomed to seeing I have decided to give Havoline a try. Honestly when it comes to the conventional anymore I think they are all likely surprisingly similar. I know PYB and QSGB are big favorites around here and likely for good reason but I see great value in the marketing of exact data that I see in some of the Havoline product and with the absence of Mobil's similar data I am left to guess at its performance in the same areas or rely on reading the VOA cards and playing chemist to make up my own mind. The beauty of the API, Dexos, ACEA specs is that they are measured and oil companies should have to compete together by showing us how affective their products are agains such standards. I will get off my soap box now and allow others to make the standard this felt better or this has more of that in it comments.
