For Good-Year to put their name on those brake pads, it's probably a half decent guess that they remember Ford and Firestone tires, GM and bad ignition switches, and the problems those incidents created. IF FDP is using pickeled/oiled back plates and quality friction material, and they're made in the US, then they ought to be good to go.
