There's a reason why he did - he was sick of driving around in that thing. You can be sure that it was a mediocre car getting worse in most aspects as the miles piled on.

We haven't been into an Ecotec at my dealership since they came out.
The Quads over 100k are not rebuilt at our shop, as a matter of policy and experience. We do install heads with no guarantee of the outcome. When you have to guarantee a job for 12/12 there is just too much risk.
