Freezing bread

never heard of aseptic dairy that can be on the shelf without refrigeration But once opened should be consumed in a week, BUT as usual a search answers all!! IMO pasteurization + that of many non typical nutritionalist is bad enough, then theres ultra pasteurization with even higher heat that kills ALL bacteria + enzymes vitamins + poorly absorbed D-2 are added by law afterward+ lastly is the super duper heated aseptic dairy, surely a lot of marketing + NOT for me!!! an eye opening read about typical milk can be found on the Weston Price foundation site + that was when i switched from organic dead milk to REAL Raw milk about 20 years ago, today i drink a gallon weekly down from 1.5 gallons while working!! believe what you will BUT almost anything processed is NOT healthy IMO!!
 
I occasionally put a loaf of bread in the freezer . After it thaws you can't tell the difference .
