Ford Ecosport oil choosing

I have 2020 Ford Ecosport. Both engines can use either 5W-20 or 0W-20.

In the specifications it specs an oil meeting
WSS-M2C-945A, B1 specs for 5W-20.
Alternatively you can use OW-20 oil. Ford suggesests OW-20 in extreme cold but it's safe alternative to 5W-20 grade.
That spec is
WSS-M2C-947A, B1.

I've owned several Ford's now after research I switched to Castrol Edge oil.
The standard Motorcraft flavor is just fine.
I found that in countries where Ford doesn't offer Motorcraft oil the premium oil is Castrol Magnatec and sold through dealerships.
Most of the European specs for Ford oils have been developed working directly with Castrol. In particular the1.0L EcoBoost engine.

Also the exotic Ford GT is factory fill with Castrol Edge.

I'ts winter now. I'm currently using Castrol Edge EP in OW-20

Thanks folks. I haven't been by my local Walmart yet to see what oils have this approval. Due to short tripping and cold winter I may just end up with Supertech synthetic and a Supertech filter every 3500 miles or so. Possibly the Motorcraft filter instead if the price is similar. This engine takes an FL910S.
I am curious about your manual stating 5.1 quarts.
Mine states 1.1 GALLONS or 4.3 litres which is 4.5 Quarts. This is also what the Amsoil page states as fill capacity. I just took a photo of my manual capacity page for the 2.0 L a few minutes ago:
