Flannel-lined pants, or fleece-lined pants, may not make a lot of sense if you're in Southern Louisiana, or even in relatively mild D.C..

But when it's -20 outside, they sure are nice.

Doesn't need to be that cold if you can't move much... bet people on the I-95 would've loved them.

December through April I only wear the lined jeans. My first two pair were from Gander Mountain before they went TU. I have since bought Wrangler and Carhaardt. The problem I've run into is finding regular fit flannel jeans, I seem to only be able to find "relaxed fit" available. Relaxed fit usually just means oversized.
