There are 2 Warrens out there IIRC. One is Coastal/Warren/Unilube and the other is Warren Automotive Performance Products out in the Midwest somewhere. I believe that WAPP makes the Mag1 brand of lubes I see in several discount stores.

FAMILY DOLLAR also had CHEVRON . Yes , the F.D. brand of oil is an SM energy conserving oil .

IMHO, house brand oils are made to a price, cheapest additives and base stocks, etc. Not for me.
I'm sure Wal-mart oil is made to a price too, but they have their reputation(such as it is) to hold up, so I'm a bit more confident in Super-tech oil; we also have UOAs on it that seem pretty good concidering.
