yes, i have migrated this way over the yearsI have always used splenda with cream although not really that heavy on either. Recently I have lightened up on both to the extent that I use maybe a half pack splenda, and just the tiniest a mount of 2% milk in a 10 oz. cup. I am hoping to get to the point of drinking it black. Well see.
Have others transitioned this way?
