Drink Coffee Black, Cream, Sweetener?

In a 6-8 ounce cup, I usually use one splenda and some half and half. Though, if I am home I try to have my first cup black then 2nd and 3rd I got back to normal. For work, I usually bring ~30 ounces with me, 3 splendas and enough cream to make it light to my taste.

If it’s good coffee I can do black. Some of the smoothest I’ve had was Jamaican Blue Mountain in Jamaica it was so smooth and not bitter. The Costco swill I buy for everyday stuff is just a bit of half and half and I’m good. I actually don’t mind the Costco ground coffee it’s pretty smooth not too bitter and has some flavor. It’s a great price to boot. Some of my coworkers stop at Dunkin everyday, that adds up in a hurry.

i take a coffee out to the garage and forget it, its still drinkable the next day (as long as nothing died in it)
coffee should be unmolested

Well I agree on sugar but fake sugar bad as well
its worst actually..stevia also..
i am an internet reader and i searched for the best sweeteners to replace sugar.
maple syrup, honey and Agave are the best ,but you cant put any of them in a coffee.
so experts say that brown sugar is best but bcs. its less sweet than white, be careful of quantity, less is more.
i put on my cappuccino 2 sticks of brown sugar and its not sweet but not bitter as well.i could go with one too sometimes, cappuccino has cream to cover bitter
for some of you that dont know there is also a very tasty coffee ,its called the Greek coffee. i dont know if its available there, search for it.

I have always used splenda with cream although not really that heavy on either. Recently I have lightened up on both to the extent that I use maybe a half pack splenda, and just the tiniest a mount of 2% milk in a 10 oz. cup. I am hoping to get to the point of drinking it black. Well see.

Have others transitioned this way?
yes, i have migrated this way over the years

A black coffee drinkers shout out for buc-ee’s -
Thanks for not putting the add packs next to the coffee ☕

Is there problem with cocoa powder in coffee? Asking for a friend
There was a chain of coffee shops in NYC, perhaps nationwide, called "Chock Full o' Nuts".
Their coffee was good.
There was always the rumor that they put a kiss of chocolate into the brew...but nobody knew what type or how much.

Small historical bit:
The jingle they used ended with the line, "Better coffee a millionaire's money can't buy".
An early radio spot sang, "Better coffee Rockefeller's money can't buy". They changed it quickly, I was told.
