What about if 16 was bad though? The grade vent valve (16) could let fuel into line 15 possibly right?

It's still 75-80 here so I don't think it's weather related. But at this point I'm grasping at straws.

The only way for fuel vapors to make it to the engine and make it run that way is the purge valve. Either there is an ecm software issue holding the purge valve open when it shouldn’t, or it sticking open and allowing fuel vapors to enter the engine when the ecm does not expect it. How long ago did you change that valve? A fuel saturated canister will make this problem worse. Do you have any problems filling the fuel tank?
