Bad customer service!
The customer service guy always sounds irritated, not willing to help at all. Tried to charge shipping for sending back defective items that have never been installed. They even blocked my email that is asking for a return goods number!
They may have cheaper price (not by much), but I swear I won't buy from them again. Hope this prevents other members from bad experiences.
