Did piston soak, worried about hydrolocking engine

A week ago I added 3-4 oz of B12 to each cylinder head (Toyota 4.0 V6, 160k miles). I cranked the engine over a few times each day, and let it sit for a week. After a week the boroscope showed it was mostly gone, even though I still smell it when I crank it today.
Last night I added 1 ounce of HPL EC30 to each cylinder to relubricate/clean the cylinders on startup. From what I can see, very little of it has seeped down past the rings.
I removed the fuel pump fuse and cranked it a bunch with the spark plugs out, and almost no oil came out, although I did smell a lot of B12 from last week. I left the oil plug and cap out while the B12 was soaking, and today I filled it up with HPL EC30 and VRP.

Is the 1 remaining ounce of EC30 putting me in danger of hydrolocking the engine when I start it? I'll probably let it idle for 20 minutes when I first start it.

I'm proceeding with reinstalling the spark plugs and wires now, but I will wait to start it until I hear from someone more knowledgable.

turn the engine over by hand for 2 revolutions with the plugs in place. if that works you have 0 chance of hydro locking. Building up some compression will force the fluid that remains down the rings anyway.
