Agreed. I'm giving Jr. one more year and then I'm done with him.

This year was a huge disappointment. He couldn't blame this year on his evil step-mother.

Oh boy.........A lot of mediocre race car drivers go to Nascar thinking it's going to be easy, and then find out the hard way it's not.

It should be interesting!

Since she loves to complain about other drivers' behavior on the track, she will have her mouth full next year each time they will go on short tracks.

Post race interviews will become a must-see.

So Danica, how'd ya like ya first trip to Bristol. It's harder then it looks driving a race car with half the downforce, smaller tires, twice the weight, and more power then those Indy cars!

Her and Kyle Busch should get along just fine.

Can't wait to see what happens after her first on-track entanglement with Kevin Harvick or Tony Stewart.

I agree, making the transition to stock cars from open wheelers will be very difficult. Last driver to do this successfully was Stewart. Since then, Franchitti has failed, Carpentier has failed, Hornish and Allmendinger have struggled, P.T. and Jacques couldn't even get their deals off the ground.

Danica will need a massive quantity of the one thing she doesn't seem to have - patience. If nothing else, she will make a small group of people a lot of money, including herself.

Well I think Montoya has been pretty successful in SMASHCAR, but it is a whole different skill set I think than open wheelers. The indycars on ovals is as close as it gets to NASCAR though so we'll see how she does. Fitness wise its a bit of a step down but driving consistantly in tight traffic all day will be harder.

Yep, Dale had all the necessary equipment/team to win this year but really stunk up the place.

I think her imatation of John Mac Enrow is for the same reason! If she throws a fit and gets in another drivers face it makes the news and she get's coverage! I think it is a smart move though she should be a tad more selective about how often she does it!

As a driver I think she is as good as anyone else. Their are a lot of just average drivers in Nascar you see them in the back of the pack every Sunday. So I do not think the fact that she is a woman matters at all. You see plenty of women driving big rigs today and not long ago that was almost unheard of. I have flown with female pilots that where every bit as good as I was. So I am not going to count her out just yet.

I drove rally and do not see where it makes a huge difference going from open wheel to Nascar and back and forth. Yes their is a learning curve for both styles but if you can do one decently then you can normaly do other styles as well too with a little bit of good coaching. Look and Schuemacker(sp) for instance he has done just about everything but NHRA!
