Continental TerrainContact H/T.

You really don't like Goodyear tires! You responded negatively to every single thread. My Son actually drives around in the winter time as a probation officer and says they are quite satisfactory.
Hmm, LX25 is Continental. Not sure how that ended up here.

Except they like any A/S tire has horrid braking performance in snow and ice, which is actually what matters.
Also, LX25 is not made for large SUV’s.
Ice especially. Even the Michelin CrossClimate 2s, which regularly tests as one of the best all weathers for ice braking, are poor compared to true winter tires.

Absolutely, but among these H/T tires, for a full-size SUV, Continental TerrainContact H/T is really good. Defender has the best ice braking among them.

We have about 40k miles on the continental terrain contact H/Ts on my wife’s awd traverse. They have been solid performers so far. I’ll probably replace with another set after these.

I'm running the Continental Terrain Contact H/T for about 2 months now. They have a pretty stiff ride. 70 series side wall. That's the only negative so far.
