I find this stuff is rough on my stomach. Maybe it's the amount of coffee... they suggest using a heaping scoop (the Aeropress scoop) of espresso grind for a cup of coffee. That's about double the amount I normally use when I make coffee in my old espresso machine.
I suppose I could try using less...
Definitely or water it down a little.
or only have it with food.. (breakfast?)
I had heard the behmor brazen was fragile.. one of the reasons I dont own one.
The bunn system brews too fast.. esp if you only want 6 or 8 cups.
What I did was plug some of the "showerhead" with broken off toothpicks.. worked like a charm.
I had it set to basically take almost 3min for 6cups vs 3min for 12cups.
I then bought the Technivorm moccamaster and sold the bunn on craigslist (after I unplugged it)
The bunn is a good system for an office.. I didnt like the way it worked for home..
