Ordered a 2019 jeep cherokee with the 2.0 turbo motor the recommended oil for it is 5-30 chrysler spec. ms-13340 it says penzoil or shell in the book don't see many oils with that spec what do you guys recommend?

Pennzoil or Shell. Seems pretty straightforward. Both are really good oils.
Only oil i see so far with that spec is penzoil platinum, penzoil ultra platinum doesn't have that spec.
I haven't seen a 2.0 turbo yet. Is it based off the multiair 2.4/2.0L?
it's a new alhpa romeo engine made for jeep they are going to be an option in the cherokee and the new jeep JL 270hp and 295 torque.
