The carnivore diet also implies low carbs. I’ve heard of carnivore diets being very successful with Native Americans since they are only a few generations away from living on the land.

I’m already on carnivore approaching 3.5 weeks and already dropped 19.87 pounds. Do miss my zero sugar yogurt and black and blueberries. Don’t miss carbs though. Black coffee bit ago with heavy cream from Brenton Dairy. Lots of water and pickle juice and beef and chicken bone broth.

Yep, that is about right. 20 lbs in a month. That is precisely what I did. By the 7th week, I lost 38.
