I see you're against sugar big time, but that doesn't mean I need to be against it or reduce it.
Are you trying to change people's minds against sugar?
I only post how I feel. If anyone wants to stop using sugar it's up to them. I'm not trying to convert anyone.
I don't believe sugar has any need to be in anyone's diet. Some people use it freely, thinking it's much better than alcohol or drugs, and they're right--to a point.
I appreciate the sweetness of whole foods such as organic apples, pineapple, plums, bananas, rice, beans, organic potatoes, tomatoes, etc. When I was eating sugar, I didn't like the taste of good whole foods such as this, but now that I don't eat sugar any more (or smoke any more), I appreciate the taste of these whole foods, so at least for me, cutting out sugar has seemed to help me. I can even eat plain yogurt (and I often do) which would turn many people off because their taste buds are so accustomed to sugary sweet foods.
I have every right to eat this much. I'll go without it for long periods also.
I do not eat many other sugar items. My blood sugar level is mid 90's, so I am f-i-n-e.
Hopefully you will also be f-i-n-e in the long run.
