This landcruiser got into an accident and the frame separated from the body .

Perhaps a perfectly lined up hit that sheered the bolts attaching the body.
Everything looks new.
I wonder if a truck body was "temporarily fastened" to a bare frame and the vehicle was on its way to a equipment fitter when a crash happened.

the crash was at high speed and the SUV was new and stock

There is not enough info there to have a clue what the details are.
Guess is dangerously & stupidly modified for some reason.
There is a reality about the modern front wheel drive cars. They are designed so much different than the older
North American steel (barges) vehicles we used to drive. No drive shaft down the center. Lots of suspension
and frame attachment differences also.
I have seen so many front - wheel drive sedans (happens to be all I own these days), when involved in
certain type front end crashes, the entire front of the car is just about separated from the body at the
fire wall. Very sobering to see what can happen in a second. Body from firewall back just sitting there with the
entire front end, engine and transaxle off to the side. YIKEs

Very strange. Came off clean. That vehicle looks to be a large rear wheel drive type of SUV / Van or what they said, a LandCruiser , from size and shape that can be seen.

WOW! Never seen more than a few mounting bolts shear in an accident. Maybe poorly heat treated batch of bolts got to the factory? Or just the circumstances were unusual and not a structural failure. Not a structures guy, so my speculation is worth what you pay for it.

I may use it on my signature.Sounds like a good thing. The demolition of those items is from the dissipation of crash energy, thus making the stop less sudden, and hopefully less injury to the occupants.

Wonder what LandCruiser smacked into. It almost looks like an old drag race - funny car set up
Cant see video, so no idea on this one, but I have seen a Jeep that sheered off it's body mounts, but had some 3" body spacers on it to clear larger tires.
I have seen a lot of wrecked vehicles and never seen a body come off as pictured. It must not have been bolted on properly and I am surprised some of the parts such as the steering column and seat belts etc were pulled away as well. There are lots of parts, wires, and linkages that are somewhat connected to the unibody or frame on all vehicles.
