Well IMO a true PA person loves them some scrapple. I am always a mustard, onion, and kraut type of guy.
I’ve spent enough time in PA to love me some Scrapple. It’s not eaten as regularly as bacon or sausage in our house, but it’s part of the rotation. Goette from Cincinnati is great too. Got mine from an old butcher in Covington, KY.

Next time I go, I’ll see if Rieker’s sells scrapple. If so, you know it has to be good!
