Yes the 0W-20 has a VI of 177 so you're right the blend will have a VI of about 168 vs 162 for Motul's own 5W-30. The HTHSV should be 3.4cP.
We are talking the Auto 300V 10W-40 and not the 4T version which quite different?
BTW, why go with the low VI 10W-40 and not the 5W-40 with it's higher 176 VI? The blend will give you a high 176 VI and you'll only need 40/60 blend of the 5W-40/0W-20 to acheive the same HTHSV.
Very true, for some reason I was stuck on a 50/50 mix, and did not consider/think of a 60/40, or 40/60, etc.
