Are SuperTech filters good enough?

The case against Fram is pretty weak. It's not like you see lines of cars on the side of the road, with blown motors and Fram filters.
But I believe there was a TSB for some of the Cummins (?) powered Ram trucks that told of engine failures because of Fram filters.

I believe in learning from the mistakes of others, so I have no personal story regarding Fram...other than my already posted one about OEM costing no more than Fram and in some cases less.

Why eat bologna when proscuitto is in the fridge next to it?

The product doesn't have to have a 100% failure rating to have a strong case not to use it. Especially when a better product is available for cheaper and there are no upsides to running the former.
