Yeah those labels are too "animated". What Castrol needs to do is make their bottles to where you can actually see the oil level through the measuring window on the sides.

That's what I like about the QSUD quarts. Completely clear. If the 5w40 was readily available I would try that. I could use the 5w30 in my wife's car, but my LS1 tends to burn through anything lighter than GC.

That's what I like about the QSUD quarts. Completely clear. If the 5w40 was readily available I would try that. I could use the 5w30 in my wife's car, but my LS1 tends to burn through anything lighter than GC.
