I roast My own & really like the bean's from South America and also a Kona Peaberry when availsable.

Been drinking coffee with chicory for nearly 30-years. Community is my favorite, the wife is more partial to other blends.

We use a BODUM coffee maker. The efficiency is such that 2-scoops makes 50-ozs of coffee and the pound can lasts a looong time (compared to the monster cans of Folgers or what-have-you of years ago).

We vary it from time to time.
