Amsoil 0w-40 observation Ram 6.4

Everything you have said suggests a dry oil filter at startup, and yet you've tried two different ones. I cannot imagine it being the oil and I am not an Amsoil fanboy. The obvious next step is to revert back to the last oil to see if the problem goes away. I've had similar issues with the prior Volvo while using the same oil. In my case it had to be the filter, but your case is a mystery.
