It makes me like the GC even more than I already do.
I like the new design. It would be on my short list if I was in the market.
As for the tablet, after a few days driving it, it would blend right in.

Notice they took away the non-Ecoboost 3.5L v6. And I can't stand manufacturers that have their screens as if you stood up your tablet in the dash. It completely ruins the lines and flow of the interior design.

I agree - RAM did a great job with their large screen in the new pickups. Looks much better than this Ford. I still think Ford has a way to go with their interiors. GM as well but I, personally, think AUDI is the best in interiors followed by RAM upper trim pickups.

Not what a big truck seller worries all day about. Doubt you would enjoy max towing in mid sized SUV's … I know folks that didn't and bought bigger rigs for the RV they were stuck with …

I don't like the front lights and I think that screen in the middle of the dash looks like an after thought like they glued an iPad there because they forgot about it in the original design.

I second that. All the floating infotainment displays look like someone thought about it late in the development process and they fudged it in there. That's not just a Ford thing either. Other than that it's a very nice design.

I think it looks great, and the interior is a big step up. Except for that screen... As others have said I really had the "stuck on" look of the tablets. A few co-workers have Teslas with the giant screens in them. But they sit lower, and look like they belong even being huge. Mazda/Mercedes screens are just awful.
