after much email banter, i had come to discover that they hadn't shipped out my order last thursday due to quality control issues with LC20, which i had bought along with the FP3000. mine was just picked up by fedex tonight, and should receive it by monday, i expect.

honestly, i don't mind having something delayed for a legitimate reason, what i do mind is the misdirection (they had said it was shipped last thursday...) and lack of good communication (it took me about 5 emails and a phone call to finally get a real response). They did say they would refund my shipping though.

i'm glad this stuff lasts a long time.

I'm waiting for a response, it seems like every time I get a delivery a bottle is leaking. Fedex ground service is really poor.

Received my two gallons yesterday.
They included the dispenser bottle which was nice. I hadn't even given that any thought when ordering. Thank you. It will come in handy.
The box was pretty beat up on the corners but not broken open. Jugs were still sealed up tight.
Perfectly happy with the simple label. It does the job.

Does anyone know what the ratio is for intial cleanup is supposed to be? On FP60 it is 3oz per 5 gallons just triple the dose and I wondered if that was still the same or not.
