This does NOT look like it's based on the current Wagoneer (DT) truck platform, but rather the WL Grand Cherokee/Grand Cherokee L platform (Alpha Romeo Stelvio)... Though it's hard to discern from the pictures, so I'll have to see what it looks like in real life when dealers start receiving them, which is supposed to be later this year.

Will be interesting to see what the battery capacity is (not listed on the site), I assume it's pretty large.

IIRC it starts at $72K in the US. Tow rating is only 3,400 lbs, disappointing to say the least.

It does, but they can make and sell less vehicles at a higher profit margin, in this case that might just be the segment of the market they're after. The segment of people who want fully loaded, full sized land yachts, and are willing to pay up for them.
