Recently had this fully loaded Palisade from National, and when I say loaded I mean loaded. Alcantara seating and headliner, a ton of tech, cooled first and second row seats, even the third row was heated with power recline! Put 700 miles on this Palisade, it had 19k on it when I picked it up. For size comparison, I'd compare this to a Grand Cherokee L.

Pros - Comfort is excellent. The seats are great, the ride is great and the steering/handling/brakes are all good for this class of vehicle. Engine has plenty of power, but hampered by a transmission that's always in a gear or two higher than it should be. Fit and finish, along with interior material quality all were good. A ton of space, I was relegated to the third row at one point and I had plenty of room and had no complaints about sitting back there.

Cons - For all the tech this car had, I found a lot of it clunky. There's no wireless Android Auto or CarPlay which I find ridiculous for a 2024 vehicle. I'm not sure how useful the blind spot cameras that come on in the gauge cluster are when you put the turn signals on, not a spot I'm looking at when I'm changing lanes. I wasn't too crazy about the interface for the infotainment system, but it was okay.

I can see why people buy these, and I would definitely say they're worth a look. It's a nice, well rounded vehicle that's comfortable and has a ton of space. Some rentals I can't wait to give back and some I want to keep, this is in the keep category.

My Goddaughter has a 2019. I liked it and it was a very comfortable ride. I never drove it though.

I looked at one of these a couple years ago, very nice for sure. The thing that bothered me was the full time AWD- it felt like there was drag/binding in the driveline.

"We'll fix you up" is the slogan
My jaded NY tastes find out of state 🍕 sus 👀

But their traditional slice looks promising 😯
I'm intrigued 🤔
I need pictures 🤳

Ventilated seats in the rear 🆒🥶

Look at that storefront, that's all you need to know about the pizza they're serving up. You fold it in half to eat it, just how real pizza is supposed to be.

We just bought a 2024 Calligraphy a few weeks ago. We crossed shopped several vehicles, Atlas, CX90, Explorer. We were leaning toward the CX90 but my wife didn’t like how cramped it was and I wasn’t impressed with the new inline 6, it felt slow.

Ultimately we figured let’s go look at the Palisade. Soon as I sat in it I fell in love with the tech, the finish, everything. The driver massage seat is a nice feature, the seats are Nappa leather, the headliner is suede according to Hyundai. Ultimately the value for the features was unmatched. I did get the H-Trac all wheel drive and based on the AWD screen it activates frequently not just for wheel slip.

Ultimately, my wife drives it most of the time unless we’re all together because she will ALWAYS prefer not to drive. She’s happy, I enjoy it, kids love the USB ports on the seats. Great value.

Ohh I also really wanted the Grand Highlander but there were no deals to be had, and even the top trim couldn’t compete interior wise. That hybrid powertrain would have been nice though.

I like the Palisade and Telluride. It was a runner-up for a while for my aunt to replace the Grand Cherokee at one point but I feel like a FWD bias transmission wouldn't like towing long term.

Hyundai/Kia can make some seriously nice interiors.
