Generally the XM "shark fin" will be there but if it's not equipped, which for a modern car would be odd, it won't have the Sirius module installed. On my Toyota I have the Sirius fin but no Sirius "box" or wiring under the seat. It's cheaper to keep the plastic part and an XM button than to design some without them.
