Impressive
Assuming a 2019MY sold in say late 2018, that's 109,764 miles a year; 9,147 miles a month; 305 miles per day. That's gotta be all highway, so a life of leisure.
Or the original engine.Subaru seems to have fixed the head gasket issues something like 10+ years ago. After that, for a few years they had engines that were burning excessive oil, and seemed to have fixed that by the 2018-2019 model year. Also they now have a timing chain so you don't even have a belt to replace every 100k or so. I wonder if that car is still using the original water pump or ever had the coolant changed.
do u mind sharing your average oci over the life so far of your vehicle. Really just interseted as I have always stuck with manufacturers

guide lines yet I will spend extra money to purchase what I feel is a top quality product.
Never Mind. Sorry. It's not my vehicle
That's would mean doing an oil change about every two weeks if he was going with 5K OCIs.Assuming a 2019MY sold in say late 2018, that's 109,764 miles a year; 9,147 miles a month; 305 miles per day. That's gotta be all highway, so a life of leisure.
How do you know it had 0W-20 it's whole life? It's not my vehicle

Boy, that's some crazy mileage in 3 years.
That's around 151 cannonball runs.
Sounds like lots of lazy highway runs at low RPM's and minimal throttle changes.About 400 miles a day. Everyday. Seven days a week.
You obviously haven’t bothered to check anything on the internet in say, oh, the last decade. Feel free to crawl back where you were, nobody here missed you.If that is the 4 cyl. boxer engine, I wonder how many head gaskets ? If none then I am impressed.
2019 Subaru with 0w20 would be FA20 most likely. Impreza or Crosstrek would be my bet. What model subaru is this (engine design etc.)?
