What amazes me most is that the cars have been on sale for what, 5 weeks now and they haven't seen Fall DAs yet? What will they be pulling off 1-2 years from now when their aftermarket is in full swing?

Well it is one thing if it is a stock model with 10k miles off the showroom floor. This one has different wheels/tires to start.

A fast car, no doubt, but perhaps not AS fast?

I prefer seeing it race down the street, get smacked by a car the driver didn't see and end up flipping over the car it was racing and land upside down. Then I want the other guy in the car that was racing him to come out and help the driver out of his car and give him the keys to his ride so he can leave the scene of the crime. (before I get gibbed, I'm just pokin at Fast and Furious).

I know its different but I prefer this Trans Am :) yes it's heavily modded, just not a fan of the newer Mustang body style(retro is nice, but its just in my opinion just a tad fat in the back for my tastes). But the mustang above is modded as well(a tune is a big deal).

Nope, just making an observation. No need to belittle my comment, just my observation.

It isnt stock if it has special tires, right? That makes a major difference with traction, which is the key to getting good times, right?

Tires, Tune, weight reduction. Says so in the video. Usually a tune isn't done unless there are some mods going on as well, like intake, exhaust, headers etc. So it may be N/A but modded like the Trans Am i linked. Either way its impressive and would be fun to drive but I'm sure most of us would be in trouble :)

If you're going to post up a whored out race car, at least make it impressive.

Full interior Shelby.

The '11 5.0L is is just a basic bolt on car, no engine work, no headers, no gear, etc..

I just laughed hard enough I think I woke my wife up!

Difference though. The Pain car is like the Mustang in the Op's post. Not with the backing of a big industry name like Shelby. Personally older is better.

68 Stang chasing down previous gen Mustangs :)

Or Trans Am vs 2010 Mustang

Ok back on topic :). Either case I like the changes made except the rear on the stangs. I liked the previous gen a bit more(body wise).

I don't know, I like the new body style better myself. That Mustang guy needs the driver mod, nice Trans Am though, cool cars.

Only if you think a custom build 422ci H/C/I LS1 is like a stock 5.0L with minor bolt-ons.

No industry backing with that Shelby, put together by a small performance shop out of Aston, PA
