Factory recommends 5w30 Mobil 1 at 5k miles, which is what I've been doing--either regular M1 or Extended Performance. Car now has 106k miles. I drive it hard pretty often. I autocross it and it's my daily driver. Not burning any oil. This is a ~300 HP turbo inline 4.

So, should I stick with M1? Regular or extended? Or is there something better? How about M1 0w40? Or 10w30?

I'd go with Mobil 1 0W-40.

Mobil 1 5W30 is pretty stout stuff, absolutely nothing wrong with it in your application.
Autocross just isn't hard enough to do any real damage to the oil (your oil will sometimes never reach full operating temp on colder autocross days depending on the number of runs and time permitted to cool-down between runs.)

I would just run it in either the regular or extended depending on which oil was on sale or had a special running at the time.

Any turbo or supercharged car should use syn. M1 would be good. Turbo's gets super hot and IMO oil choice is geared more at protection of the turbo and frying the oil that goes through the turbo itself
