Your Seafood Dinner

Also we get the Mediterranean seasoned Salmon at Aldis, and we have a Ninja Grill that we use just for this-it cooks it perfect. $12 for the 2 of us. Had it yesterday-lemon juice, with BE peas and mashed potatoes. The grill we have has an electric element in the lid facing a non stick heavy metal grill. It preheats the grill to 500F for 10 minutes. A little oil on the skin and toss it skin side down for 9 minutes and done. Easy clean up too.
