This Milwaukee tool. Never ever have to call a plumber after purchasing. Replaced a house full of failing copper with this tool. I believe the connections using this tool are as good as what the most experience plumber can accomplish.

Not a big purchase, but, has made it possible to fix lots of things that would be junked.
I have fixed electric fans, hinges, etc. My greatest fix was a bathroom exhaust fan that is no longer in production. My next project is an old ceiling fan/light that is slow to start and hums. Just gotta get it apart.
The oil container comes with me to hotels so I can oil squeaky hinges, drawers, etc.

Oh yeah, I used to belong to the Y used to be $60+ a month. Wasn't good, they couldn't air condition the place in the summer so if you used the treadmill, it was 80 degrees in there. Didn't go a few months. Better to pay $200+ a month and go vs $60 and not go.
Yeah, it depends on what you're like. I've been a member of Planet Fitness too. Super crowded, gotta wait for treadmills, rude people, people who don't shower, people who bang the stack and drop things, people who just stand around and talk on the phone, etc.
A/C? Heck, in 2020, to get around restrictions, we brought the spin bikes outside in July on the blacktop. Did some spin and Les Mills Sprint classes outside in a St Louis area summer day.

I’d recommend sticking with the inflator vs purchasing a wife...
$100 dollar(1992) pair of 15 foot jumper heavy gauge premium cables from NAPA in tiny ski town(all they had). I still have those beasts and amazed how well they work to this day.
Well, I have a wife, but the inflator's never given me a list of things to do so I have to give it the edge in terms of best value.
Oh yeah, I think I got a set of 4 gauge jumper cables at Sears for around $30 back in the 90s and it's either 16 or 20 feet. Still good today, came with a black bag and they still look pristine. Only used it a couple of times. It's Exide, bad batteries, but good jumper cables. Prior to that, had some cheap 8 gauge jumper cables that were shorter and I think the terminals ended up getting corroded sitting around in the trunk so I eventually threw them out.
Wives are nice... But if you accidentally picked the wrong inflator you don’t have to give it half your stuff.

My pretreatment irrigation piping and scattered spigots. 100's of feet of ditches I didn't have to dig. Nice drain and blow clear for winter season. Can't wait for spring!

Concrete cleaner for my pressure washer. That thing is a miracle cleaner.
My essentially free house water system.
HF 2 gal compressor, Fortress Ultra Quiet. Could sleep next to this thing. Workhorse and IS quiet. $159
HF Predator 9500 Generator, aside from the corny warranty stuff in the manual, it is really easy starting, holds e loads like nothing and was really ultra low cost compared to Honda.
The guy who fixed my roof after a nasty storm, for $90! I gave him $100.
My Daniel Defense AR-15. First one, before prices went nuts. I've built a few since, bought a few kits minus a bare lower, yet this this thing is rock solid.
My Saiga sporter, again pre nuts prices. Converted for a song.
My Greenworks 80V tools. I am pleased with their stuff.
My deals on Milwaukee M12 and DeWalt 20VMax over the years. There are couple that have had issues, but this is after drops and beatings.
My 2019 Tacoma MT AFTER mods. I would never list it stock, but my truck and I are in love, more than probably any vehicle over the years. Hahahaha
