XDM 9mm??

Hey whats up everyone?? my buddy has an XDm .40cal and its a really nice gun, i've heard/seen ads for the XDm 9mm thats gonna be coming out, but i cant find any specific release dates..there's some places online that are advertising them, and i'm guessing there selling them, but i cant find any local places that have heard anything from springfield armory when there gonna be released..so if anyone knows anything about this gun i would appreciate any info..thanks.

well guys i found a gunstore locally that has some in stock..i'll be picking one up within the next week...i'll let you guys know how i like it if anybody is interested..

Let us know how it works out. I was looking at an Xd awhile, but them being made in Crotia gave me some pause, so I went with an M&P in .45 and .40 and have been real happy with them.

Saturn, that is not an issue. They have great build quality and are backed by a lifetime warranty. XD has easily passed the 20,000 round tortue test among other tests. IIRC it won handgun of the year a couple years ago.

Now from what I've read some people are having minor issues with the newely released XDM (some parts different than the XD), but they are minor issues, and I typically expect that from a new product.


I have about 1200 rounds through my XD 4" .40S&W Service Model. No issues whatsoever. And they have tons of modifications for these guns too
